Can I make changes to my upgrade?

Upgrades are valid only for the specific train and departure time shown at purchase and cannot be moved to another service.

Once an upgrade is confirmed, it cannot be changed or transferred to a different train, route, date, or departure time.

“Transferred” here refers only to changing the train or journey details. You can still buy an upgrade for someone else or share it with the person travelling on that booked service

This applies to both:

• Auction wins

• Upgrade Now purchases

If you want to travel on a different train

Upgrades cannot be moved to another service.

They:

• Cannot be transferred to another train or service

• Cannot be exchanged

• Cannot be amended to a different time

• Cannot be manually changed by support

If you choose to travel on a different train, you will need to:

1. Check the app to see if upgrades are available for that service.

2. Place a new bid or purchase a new Upgrade Now (if available).

Your original upgrade will not be refunded.

Can I change my upgraded seat in the Seatfrog app?

No.

Once your upgrade is confirmed, your assigned seat cannot be changed in the app.

Support cannot reassign seats.

You may wish to contact the train operator you are travelling with to see if a new reservation can be made. 

Alternatively, if you find an unreserved seat that is not occupied, you may move at your discretion.

You should inform the train manager if you move so your original seat can be released.

Seat changes are not guaranteed and remain subject to onboard availability.
