The start and end times for auctions will differ so it is best to refer to the Seatfrog app for the most up to date opening time for your auction. You will see this once you have added your trip into the app and auction opening times are confirmed.
Make sure you enable push notifications so we can let you know when the auction starts.
Why did the auction end early?
This may happen if other travellers decide to upgrade instantly by using the ‘Upgrade Now’ option or if a disruption occurs and seats on your trip are no longer available for sale by Seatfrog.
How did I win an auction after it had ended?
If you receive a ‘second chance offer’ around 10 minutes after the auction has closed, this means you may collect an upgrade for your last competitive bid amount. This happens when the original winner was not able to finalise their payment.
Simply confirm you would like the upgrade and you will be issued your upgrade ticket to the Seatfrog app, once we have finalised your payment.
