Does not apply to: Superfare, Secret Fare, Rail Tickets or TrainSwap
To find available auctions for your train, you need to search for your journey in the Seatfrog app.
How to add your trip and find an auction
Open the Seatfrog app.
Tap Upgrade Your Seat
Enter your departure and destination stations.
Select your travel date.
Choose single or return.
Enter the number of passengers.
Tap Search.
Select your train from the list of available services.
If an upgrade is available, you will see the auction details and can place a bid.
Travelling on multiple trains?
If your journey involves changing trains, you must add each train separately and enter each auction individually.
Upgrades apply only to the specific train service selected.
Can’t find your train?
If your train does not appear in search results, it may be because:
Upgrade availability has not yet been released for your travel date.
The train operator has not provided upgrade inventory for that service.
The auction has already closed.
If your train is not shown in the app, we are unable to manually add it.

Important
Always double-check your trip details before bidding.
Upgrades are valid only for the selected train service.
Upgrades cannot be transferred to another train.
