Passenger Assist is a service available for disabled and older passengers travelling on the rail network who may require assistance.
This is organised by contacting the train company you’re travelling with, and can provide assistance with the following:
- help you on and off trains
- reserve seats or wheelchair spaces
- provide rail information
- assist with any pets you are travelling with.
