Rail tickets and seat reservations
To check whether you have a seat reservation, open your booking in the Seatfrog app.
If a coach and seat number are shown (as in the example above), you already have a seat reservation.
If no seat number is displayed, your ticket may not include a reservation. This is common with off-peak, flexible, or open return tickets.
Can Seatfrog add a seat reservation?
Seatfrog is not able to add or update seat reservations on your booking.
If you don’t have a seat reservation and would like one, you’ll need to contact the train operator directly. Seat reservations are subject to availability, and it may be that no seats are available for your chosen service.
