How do I reserve a wheelchair space?
Wheelchair spaces and travel assistance can be arranged directly with the train operator.
Seatfrog cannot reserve wheelchair spaces or add accessibility assistance to your booking.
How to book a wheelchair space
To reserve a wheelchair space or request Passenger Assist:
Identify the train operator for your journey.
Contact the operator directly via their website, phone line, or Passenger Assist service.
Wheelchair space reservations are subject to availability and operator policies.
Booking assistance in advance is recommended.
How to find your train operator
You can check the train operator:
In your booking confirmation email, or
In the Seatfrog app under Journey Info
The operator name (for example, GWR, LNER, Avanti West Coast) will be shown with your service details.

Wheelchair space reservations cannot be added through Seatfrog.
Accessibility services are managed entirely by the train operator.
Availability may vary by service and route.
