You can use Train Swap with your Advance train ticket bought in the Seatfrog app (upgrades cannot be swapped).
Train Swap is currently available on selected routes and services with LNER, Northern, Cross Country & TransPennine Express.
Advance tickets are also eligible to be exchanged by raising a request in the app.
