Finding your Seatfrog receipt
After successfully winning an upgrade through Seatfrog, your payment will be processed automatically using your default payment card. You will be charged the amount of your winning bid, plus any applicable fees.
If you've won multiple upgrades, your payment will be calculated by multiplying the winning bid amount by the number of upgrades you bid for, and then adding any applicable fees. This total amount will be charged to your default payment card.
Seatfrog automatically issues a payment receipt for your upgrade or train ticket purchase, which can be found in two places:
1. In the Seatfrog App:
- Open the app and navigate to the "Trips" section.
- Locate the booking you need the receipt for (in either the "Active" or "Past" tab).
- Tap on the booking to open its details.
- Scroll down until you see the "Receipt" option.
- Press "Receipt" to view and download your receipt.
2. Via Email:
- As soon as you win an upgrade or purchase a rail ticket, Seatfrog will send you an email containing the receipt in the body of the message.
- Check your inbox for the email with the subject line indicating your upgrade or ticket purchase.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Rail travel is free from VAT charges, though we do provide a tax receipt.
