Where can I find my receipt?
Seatfrog automatically issues a receipt after:
Winning an upgrade
Purchasing an Upgrade Now
Purchasing a rail ticket (if applicable)
Your receipt is available in the app and by email.
In the Seatfrog app
Open the Seatfrog app.
Go to Trips.
Select the relevant booking (Active or Past).
Scroll to the bottom of the booking details.
Tap Receipt to view or download.
By email
A receipt is sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is processed.
Search your inbox for the confirmation email relating to your upgrade or ticket purchase.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
What does the receipt include?
Your receipt shows:
The upgrade price
The £3 platform fee per ticket (upgrades)
The total amount charged
The payment method used
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Rail travel is zero-rated for VAT.
Seatfrog provides a tax receipt, but VAT is not charged on rail travel.
