Seatfrog upgrades are only valid on the specified route and departure date and time. Our upgrades are fixed, and can't be transferred to another service.
When placing a bid in an auction, you're bidding for a reserved seat on a specified train. If you have a flexible rail ticket and choose to travel on a different service, the Seatfrog upgrade will not be valid and can't be refunded.
Can I change my seat?
As Seatfrog auctions are last-minute unfortunately you cannot change your assigned seat.
However, if you are able to find an unreserved seat that is not occupied, you are welcome to relocate. We just ask that you let the train manager know you have moved, so your original allocated seat can be made available to other passengers.
