No. Seatfrog upgrades are valid only for the specific train, route, date, and departure time shown at purchase.
“Transfer” refers only to moving the upgrade to a different train, route, date, or departure time. You can still buy an upgrade for someone else or share it with the person travelling on the booked service.
Upgrades:
- Cannot be transferred to another service
- Cannot be changed to a different departure time
- Cannot be amended if you choose to travel on a different train
- Cannot be manually adjusted by support
This applies to:
- Auction wins
- Upgrade Now purchases
If you hold a flexible rail ticket and decide to travel on a different service, your Seatfrog upgrade will not be valid.
Upgrades are non-refundable in this situation.
If you wish to upgrade on another train, you must check the app to see if upgrades are available for that service and place a new bid or purchase.
