What if my upgraded carriage has been removed?
In some cases, a rail operator may remove a carriage from a service due to operational issues.
If the First Class carriage you were upgraded to has been removed, follow the steps below.
If you are still travelling
Speak to the Train Manager onboard.
Explain that you have a Seatfrog upgrade.
The rail operator will decide whether they can accommodate you in another First Class carriage on that service.
Seat allocation is at the discretion of the rail operator.
