There may be times when, due to operational issues, one of our rail partners need to reduce the number of train carriages on a service.
If you find that the carriage you have been upgraded to has been removed, please speak to the Train Manager. Let them know, you've won a Seatfrog upgrade and they will do their best to accommodate you in First Class.
