When you win a Seatfrog upgrade we send you an upgrade barcode directly to your device as well as in an email to your registered email address.
To claim your upgrade, simply
- Board the coach indicated above your upgrade barcode.
- Find your upgrade as shown in the app (coach number and allocated space).
- Make sure you show both your original ticket and upgrade barcode to the Train Manager when asked to show your tickets.
In the event that you've been issued an upgrade with an unassigned seat, this means a reservation wasn't possible. If this happens you can board any First Class carriage and choose from the available, unreserved, First Class seats.
Tip: The Seatfrog app will display your scheduled departure time. Please check the departure boards for the latest announcements for your platform and departure time.
Please note: You must have your valid railway ticket for travel to show the Train Manager to redeem your upgrade. If you cannot produce this when asked you may be charged the full fare.
