All successful Train Swaps include a new seat reservation for your swapped service.
What happens to my original reservation?
Your original seat reservation does not carry over.
When your Train Swap is confirmed:
A new seat is automatically assigned for the new train.
You will receive updated reservation details.
A new QR code will be issued for the swapped service.
Where can I find my new seat details?
Your updated seat reservation will appear:
In the Seatfrog app under your booking, and
In your confirmation email.
