What do I show the Train Manager?
When travelling after using Train Swap, you must show:
Your original rail ticket, and
Your Seatfrog Train Swap barcode for the new service.
Both are required.
Important
The original ticket is used for barrier access.
The Train Swap barcode confirms your new train is valid for travel.
You must carry and present both when requested.
If you are unable to show both tickets, you may be refused travel.
