Can I travel on my original train after using Train Swap?
Yes.
Your original rail ticket remains valid for travel on the original service.
When you complete a Train Swap:
Your original seat reservation is removed.
A new reservation is issued for the swapped service.
If you choose to travel on your original train
You may still travel using your original ticket.
However:
Your original seat reservation may no longer be valid.
You may need to sit in an unreserved seat.
If you require a seat reservation, you must contact the train operator directly.
Seatfrog cannot reinstate your original reservation.
Can I claim a refund?
Train Swap is an additional purchase and does not automatically entitle you to a refund if you decide to travel on your original train instead.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact the train operator directly.
