What if my train is delayed after using Train Swap?
Compensation depends on which train you travelled on.
If your original train was delayed
If you swapped to a different service and did not travel on your original train, you cannot claim compensation for delays to the original service.
Delay Repay applies only to the train you actually travelled on.
If your swapped train was delayed
If the train you travelled on after using Train Swap was delayed, you may be eligible to claim compensation under the train operator’s Delay Repay scheme.
Delay Repay claims must be made directly with the train operator.
